If you are not 100% satisfied with your Tarozi Skin Essentials product(s) that were purchased directly through tarozi.com, you may return any item(s) from your order within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.

 

In order to begin the facilitation of your return, please contact our customer support team at (844) 582-7694 or (727) 223-2167 to request authorization and return instructions. We will not be able to process any returns received without a return authorization. Returned items will need to be received by our customer support center within seventy five (75) days of the order date to be eligible for a refund. Tarozi Skin Essentials does not provide prepaid shipping labels, and we recommend you utilize a method of shipment which allows for tracking of the package.

 

Please note that refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Any returns made after the sixty (60) day period are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product and if card is not available a Tarozi Skin Essentials account credit will be given.

 

Tarozi Skin Essentials is only able to accept the return of products originally purchased through the Tarozi Skin Essentials website. All returns are subject to validation and approval by Tarozi Skin Essentials and we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return. Tarozi Skin Essentials is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Products:

 

We sincerely apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit or items are missing from your order. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and contact our Tarozi Skin Essentials customer support team at (844)582-7694 or (727)223-2167 within two (2) business days of receipt of package for further instructions.
