Are Tarozi products suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegetarians.

 

Do you test your products on animals?

No, Tarozi is against animal testing and none of our third party providers test on animals. 

 

Are your products Dermatologist tested?

Yes, all of our products must pass the strictest of standards when it comes to both quality and testing. Each product is formulated, reviewed, tested, and approved by a Dermatologist before we ever offer it to our customers. We test using lab instrumentation and human volunteers of various ages and ethnicities. Our testing of formulas lasts anywhere from a couple of months and can last up to a year. 

 

What happens if I get the product in my eyes?

There are no harmful formulations in our products, however we do advise rinsing out with water if you do get product in your eyes. If you experience further irritation you should consult a medical professional immediately.

 

What quality assurance testing is done on finished products?

At Tarozi we conduct microbial testing on every batch of products before they are made available for distribution. Microbial testing is a laboratory test that checks for the presence of microorganisms in a sample. This testing is used to determine product safety by looking for signs of contamination and lab control to confirm that the products ingredients and the products and equipment being used in the lab are not contaminated with microorganisms.

 

Is your lab certified?

Yes, our lab is cGMP certified and audited twice a year to be awarded both NSF certification and NSF Sports Certification.

 

Can you send me samples of your products?

Sorry but samples are not available for general distribution. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you purchase a product and find out that your skin doesn't like it. For this reason, we have a couple different options:

All of our products come with a 60 day return which means you can try our products over the course of two months and if something doesn't work out, just let us know and we will provide an exchange or full refund.

If you would like to try a product for a couple weeks you could purchase it in our travel size. If you would like to try a few products we recommend purchasing a travel size kit which saves you a little money and gets you a selection of products.

 

Your bottles are not as fancy as those in high end products?

That’s correct, Tarozi uses double walled stock bottles rather than custom made bottles. We made a business decision when we started Tarozi to invest in the ingredients rather than fancy containers. Although customers might be initially attracted to pretty bottles we knew they would keep coming back and would understand the value of the ingredients when they saw that the products really work.

 

Why does Tarozi use Peptides in products?

Simply put, there are no other anti-wrinkle ingredients more powerful than Peptides. With continued use of our products containing peptides it will produce extraordinary results.  We are so convinced of their benefits in young, aged and damaged skin that we formulate these expensive ingredients at very high concentrations so you get results. 

 

What is the purpose of Peptides in your products?

We use Peptides in our products as they are the most responsive and transformational age-defying ingredients we have ever formulated.  Peptides work with all skin types to dramatically diminish the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Peptides also refine texture and firmness as well as add skin luminosity and provide a more even skin tone. That’s not all the do, they also support cell renewal and the body’s production of collagen and elastin.  Our client's experiences and the clinical studies support the results from these remarkable ingredients and the decrease in the appearance of wrinkles is astonishing.

 

What are Neuro Peptides and what do they do?

Neuro-Peptides are used to relax the appearance of wrinkles from repetitive facial muscles contractions. They can dramatically improve the appearance of aging and provide visible wrinkle prevention with younger adults. Neuro Peptides can improve the appearance of skin within the first month of use and can continue to dramatically improve visible aging the longer they are used.  They are perfect to use in supporting healing from peels, laser surgery and other skin procedures.

  

How long do Peptides take to work?

When using our peptide serums most people will start to respond with tone and texture changes within 24 hours and will see remarkable changes in wrinkle depth, volume and density within the first month. Keep on using the products regularly as the most dramatic changes occur as you continue using the product for longer periods. The longer you use these serums the greater the results and at the six month or one year point the skins improvement can be dramatic. 

 

Why are your Peptide serums more expensive than my current regular cream?

Peptides are some of most expensive ingredients in the skin care market and they are also some of the most transformational ingredients. Most companies use them sparingly and formulate only one or two Peptides at less than 1% solely for the label claim. At Tarozi we took the opposite approach and decided to formulate the best of the Peptide options at high concentrations.  Where one of our competitors’ products is generally formulated at below 1% of active peptides we decided to formulate it at 20% as the lowest level in one of our products and really kick it up and go 99% in one of our products. The big question you might be asking “is more better?” For some ingredients more is not necessarily better but from our experiments and testing with both low and high concentrations of Peptides more is remarkably and visually better.

 

What happens if I stop using your serums?

When you stop applying Peptides your skin loses those triggers that helped it to rebuild a more youthful appearance. Your skin will eventually over time return to its chronological age.

  

Why does my skin feel dry after using serums?

Tarozi serums do not contain oils or moisturizers as the fats in moisturizers will either block or diminish the absorption of the Peptides in our products. The Peptides will actually improve the visible effects of the increased moisture from your body's own production of more Hyaluronic Acid over time. Those with dry skin may notice that the peptides absorb slower and may have a slightly tacky feeling until all of the Peptides are fully absorbed into the skin. In either case you may want to use a moisturizer after all of the serums have been layered on and absorbed (about 3-5 minutes).

  

Why are most of your products in serum form rather than creams?

The oils and moisturizers in creams form a film on the skin which can act as a barrier to the absorption of the Peptides and other ingredients with small molecules that we want delivered deeper into the skin.  Many chemists try to do too many things with a single product and by doing so they don’t take into consideration the small molecular sizes of cosmetic Peptides and by doing so they inadvertently block the effectiveness of their cream formulas.

  

How much of the serum do I need to use to get the greatest results?

Each application is generally a thin layer of 1 to 2 drops.  We recommend that you use them twice a day and more often if you have particularly tough issues to solve.

  

Should I apply the serum to my wrinkles or use it all over and is it better to apply heavier to those areas where I have the most wrinkles?

Heavier application is not as important as frequent application. We would also recommend that you apply it all over the face and you can also use the serums on your hands and décolletage.

  

If I am younger and don't have wrinkles should I still use serums?

You begin losing collagen and elastin in your skin at around 25 years of age.  Starting young with a good preventative treatment including serums, moisturizer and sunscreen will mean that you will age much more gracefully.

  

I have been using serums and seen a decrease in wrinkles but the changes have begun to slow down?

At some point the speed of decreasing wrinkles becomes slightly balanced with the forces that are creating new wrinkles. If you stop altogether you have nothing to counter balance those forces that are creating the wrinkles. To give your body a little jump start, switch your serums up once in a while. Each of the serums contain different Peptides that work in slightly different ways. You can switch back within a couple of weeks. Occasionally certain body chemistries need that little jump start to avoid getting to accustomed to an ingredient.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Tarozi product(s) that were purchased directly through tarozi.com, you may return any item(s) from your order within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. What if my order contained damaged items or missing items?

We sincerely apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit or if items are missing from your order. I bought your product on eBay, is it authentic?

We have heard from customers who have seen our products on eBay, Amazon or some other auction or web sites. We don’t sell any of our products on any other web site so to ensure you're not buying a counterfeit product, we suggest you shop on our website or from one of our authorized retailers.

 

What can I do if my pump will not work?

We use a pump that relies on airless technology and should take between 4 or 5 pumps to release the product. If the problem persists please contact us and we will arrange for a new pump to be sent out.
